230 106th Street boasts seven (7) Bedrooms each with their own custom private Bath, as well as one half bath and an exquisite solid mahogany outdoor shower. The main kitchen is complete with granite countertops, two sinks, Built~In refrigerator and freezer, two dishwashers, single wall convection oven and microwave, 4 burner range, a second convection oven, and an under~counter wine reserve. On the first floor overlooking the pool area there is also a full wet bar. All appliances are GE Monogram and Viking stainless steel. There are also two separately zoned central heated / air conditioned spaces so our guests comfort is never an issue. The outdoor pool is heated for our guests enjoyment. The fiber~optic lighting within the pool casts a chic glow to the pool area at night. Our pool~side pavilion offers deep seating and a custom masonry wood burning fireplace (wood is provided) where our guests may relax by the warm glow of a fire during cooler seaside evenings. A separate covered pool bar with BBQ Grill is perfect spot for entertaining family and friends. A unique feature of this property is that its rear yard allows direct access to Chelsea Park a quaint little secluded park with plenty of room for both children and adults to enjoy even more fun, games and exercise after a day at the beach. This property includes sheets and both bed and bath towels. There are beach chairs as well as carts to roll everything to the beach. OFFSEASON RENTALS 2 NIGHT MINIMUM @ $2000 EACH NIGHT FIRST 2 NIGHTS 3RD NIGHT AND AFTER IS $500 CLEANING INCLUDED. HEATED POOL OPEN 05/01/ TO 10/10. This Property has a 2 PM Check in.
