ABOUT KIM
Locals know best! Kim Leo has been a 7 Mile Island resident for over 10 years, and has worked for Diller Fisher for nearly twenty. She prides herself on leaving her clients with an everlasting smile, whether that be after the perfect trip down the shore, buying or selling your beach house, or simply being assisted with honesty, care, and attention to detail. You're Kim's first priority when working with her, as she'll respond and accommodate to your every need with the utmost professionalism and dedication to get you what you're looking for. Remember, Kim's clients come back!
After growing up in Downingtown, PA, Kim got sand in her toes when she was 23; taking a job at Trump Plaza Casino & Hotel and making the Jersey Shore her home. Initially living in Brigantine right outside of Atlantic City, Kim always found herself visiting New Jersey’s most southern tip, Cape May Point. Eventually moving there with her (then) husband and their two children, Nicholas and Isabella. Before starting her real estate career, Kim had waited tables, opened a tea room, and owned an antique shop.
Her daughter Bella will soon graduate from School of the Art Institute of Chicago and will teach art around the city. Her son Nicholas will be graduating from Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL with a major in Journalism and minor in Education. Kim thanks God for her two amazing totally different kids, and the variety in vacation’s she gets when visiting them at school! Nicholas has also been assisting Kim during the summer for the past four years, and is a licensed part of the Kim Leo team.
Kim remembers coming down the shore as a kid and seeing the giant Diller-Fisher sign on Route-47, never thinking that she’d eventually become a sales associate but that she was getting closer to the beach! The salt air still gives her a feeling of serenity that she can not seem to live without, and Kim hopes that she can help her clients achieve that same feeling with their vacation rentals and home purchases!
