The condo is very "comfortable" for two people(negotiable for more) and ready for year round use. Access to the beach and is only a few steps from the secure building. The building is on the main street of Stone Harbor only a couple blocks walk to shops, movies, and restaurants. The interior of the building has a lovely open garden in the main hallway. A public park with tennis courts, children s playground, and basketball court is across the street. There are two reserved parking places on the building ground level. At some times in the summer an indoor pool is open but not promised. Great place also if you re having a nearby wedding. 2 week min.
