The owners of this very popular summer home continue to seek perfection. NEW FOR SUMMER 2027: A new kitchen, a new master bath and a new hall bath on the second floor. The renovations completed in 2026 added two bathrooms, for a total of three baths on the first floor. The first floor family room was moved to the back of the house which leads to the idyllic outdoor space with its large pool and cabana. The entire first floor was emptied, gutted, and beautifully rebuilt and handsomely decorated with all-new furniture. There are three bedrooms on the first floor: one queen bedroom with an ensuite bath, a second queen bedroom with close access to the new hall bath, and a third bedroom with ensuite bath with two queen bunks--queens on bottom and XL twins on top. Four years ago, the new owners gave a great new facelift to this large home with new paint, new furniture, all-new mattresses and a new dual-zone air conditioning system.
